How can I redeem my voucher?

General Information

  • Each voucher is valid for two (2) tickets in specific sections.
  • You may enter up to two (2) Cirque Costco vouchers for four (4) tickets in the same transaction.
  • Your voucher cannot be redeemed for a single ticket.

Redemption process :

  • Enter the code that is located on your voucher and click 'APPLY'.
  • If you have multiple codes, add your second code that is located on the front of your second voucher and click 'APPLY.'
  • You may enter up to two (2) Cirque Costco vouchers for four (4) tickets in the same transaction.
  • Add two (2) tickets from your desired show to your order and then hit 'CONTINUE'.
  • If you entered multiple codes, add four (4) tickets from your desired inventory to your order and then hit 'CONTINUE'
  • You will then be prompted to 'REDEEM'.
  • Under 'Your Info', enter contact information and click 'CONFIRM'. Do not enter credit card information.
  • Verify your phone number and email.
  • A confirmation email from Ticketmaster will be sent with instructions on how to access your tickets.

Is there a deadline to redeem my voucher?

Your voucher can be redeemed online up to 24 hours prior to your event.

When will I receive my mobile tickets?

Your mobile tickets will be sent to you within 24 hours by email after you redeem your voucher online. A confirmation will be sent to you after you redeem your voucher. It will be very important to bring your mobile ticket(s) on the day of your show.

Will I have to pay during the redemption process?

No additional charges or fees will be collected during the redemption process. Do not enter credit card information.

Can I redeem my voucher on-site?

No, the voucher can only be redeemed online.

Can I buy additional tickets at regular prices?

Yes, however, you will need to complete the purchase of the additional tickets through our website at cirquedusoleil.com. We cannot guarantee that you will be sitting together.

Can I exchange or refund?

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

If I lost my voucher or have other concerns about my order after completing the purchase what is the process to follow?

Please contact FEVO customer service through their customer support portal, MyFEVO.com or by emailing costcosupport@fevo.com. You will receive a response from FEVO within 1-2 business days.

Is Corteo kid friendly?

Corteo is meant to be enjoyed by the whole family. That being said, it does contain loud noises and some dark scenes.

My access code does not work. What should I do?

Your access code can be used only one time. Make sure to indicate all the characters properly. For more assistance please contact FEVO customer service through their customer support portal, MyFEVO.com or by emailing costcosupport@fevo.com. You will receive a response from FEVO within 1-2 business days.

Is Corteo accessible for persons with disabilities?
