JOYÀ is a 80 minutes show plus a one hour dinner and musical prelude. If you buy an experience including dinner, you will get 2 hours and 20 minutes of entertainment.

Yes, the whole family will love this spectacle for the senses. Children 3 and up do require tickets. That said, please know that the show lasts 80 minutes and has no intermission. The show also features high-decibel music and flashing lights, and therefore is not recommended for children under 3 years old.

The JOYÀ program starts punctually and at the indicated time. Those who arrive late at the show will be seated when the ushers deem it appropriate to avoid interfering with the show. If you come after your dinner experience starts, we will adjust your meal to the current course of those already seated. Punctuality is essential to enjoy both the experiences and the show to the fullest.
