How do I buy tickets for KOOZA?

Tickets may be purchased with cash or debit card at the show’s onsite box office, which opens in the days prior to each city’s premiere.

Are booster seats available, and can I bring my own seat?

We do have a limited number of booster seats available for free, first come first served. You may bring your own booster seat provided that it does not disturb other attendees.

Can I bring a stroller to the Big Top?

You’re welcome to bring a stroller on site, however you are invited to leave the stroller in a secure space outside the big top during the show. Once on site, please speak with one of our staff for more information.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the Big Top?

Food and drinks from outside the site is not permitted within our gates. However, we have plenty of food and beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, available on the circus grounds. If you have a unique dietary need, please inform our team.

What happens if the show is canceled?

If a show is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, prior to the show date, all ticket holders will be contacted to arrange to see another performance. If a cancellation happens during the show, please follow the instructions that will be given by the Cirque du Soleil on-site staff.

What are the Box Office service hours?

Our box office opens 90 minutes prior to the starting time of the first show of the day and remains open until half an hour after the starting time of the last show of the day.

Are there bathrooms on the KOOZA site?

Yes, the bathrooms are located on the site, outside the Big Top. Follow the indications!

Is the Big Top site accessible to wheelchairs?

Yes! The whole Big Top site is accessible to wheelchairs. You can follow the signage for indications to help you find your way. We also have accessible seating available. You can find accessible seating while buy your tickets or you can contact us if you need more information ; 1-877-924-7783

Is the Big Top air conditionned?

Yes, the Big Top is temparature controlled to assure a comfortable eperience for artists and guests.

May I take photos or videos during the show?

Small personal, pocket-sized cameras and phones are permitted. Cameras with lenses and GoPro's are not allowed. For the safety of our artists and the comfort of our audience members, flash photography and live streaming are strictly prohibited. Photos and videos are for personal use only.
