What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

If you have any allergies, please notify your server at the beginning of your experience. Note that we also offer gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian options, along with a kid-friendly menu for you to choose from.

What happens if I arrive late for the performance?

The JOYÀ program starts punctually and at the indicated time. Those who arrive late at the show will be seated when the ushers deem it appropriate to avoid interfering with the show. If you come after your dinner experience starts, we will adjust your meal to the current course of those already seated. Punctuality is essential to enjoy the experiences and the show to the fullest.

Is there transportation to the theater?

Yes, you can purchase transportation online along with your tickets. If you´ve already purchased tickets, you can add transportation by calling our reservation center 1-844-247-7837 (US & Canada), 800-247-7837 (Mexico) or +52-322-176-1421.

What if I purchased a VIP ticket but I don’t drink alcohol?

Don’t worry! If you have purchased a VIP ticket that includes Champagne or alcoholic beverages, we also have a large selection of non-alcoholic beverages for you to choose from.

Where is the theatre located?

The theater is located at VidantaWorld Riviera Maya in Mexico. It is just outside Playa del Carmen and Cancun.
