Fathom Events to Bring the Wonder and Excitement of Cirque du Soleil to Movie Theatres across the globe Starting June 12
MONTREAL, TUESDAY, MAY 14, 2019 – Cirque du Soleil continues its partnership with Fathom Events, to bring the internationally acclaimed show “KURIOS – Cabinet of Curiosities” to cinemas worldwide. Following the success of KURIOS in more than 500 movie theatres in the USA last Fall, this special event featuring an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of Cirque du Soleil’s international headquarters, will be presented in hundreds of select cinemas around the world.
“KURIOS - Cabinet of Curiosities”, a Cirque du Soleil world-renowned show presented under the Big Top since 2014, follows the ‘Seeker,’ who becomes convinced that a fantastical, invisible dimension exists in another realm, in which all life’s most unbelievable possibilities are lying in wait. As this world merges with reality, a parade of otherworldly characters suddenly steps into the spotlight, bringing the Seeker’s imagined realm into being.
