Montreal, October 9, 2024 — The collaboration between Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group and the Aléo Foundation continued today by showcasing the journeys of eight student-athletes working in a discipline related to circus arts. Four gymnasts, two artistic swimmers, one diver and one figure skater received a $4,000 scholarship and lifetime services from the Aléo Foundation.

LOS ANGELES – July 19, 2024 – Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group (Cirque du Soleil) and BMG have announced a new strategic partnership to manage Cirque du Soleil’s critically-acclaimed music catalog and explore a range of music-oriented collaborative initiatives. Under the agreement, BMG will now serve as the record label home for Cirque du Soleil’s catalog of original scores, soundtracks, and new album releases, as well as the music publishing home administering its compositions and jointly creating new songs and releases.

Nashville, July 11 – Cirque du Soleil and Universal Music Group Nashville proudly debuted SONGBLAZERS to media and members of the music industry on July 10, 2024 in Nashville, Tennessee – the capital of country music. The trailblazing theater production, directed and written by Amy Tinkham, pays homage to legendary icons of country music and took the audience on a journey of the past with high flying acrobatics to “Man! I feel Like A Woman!” and sing-a-longs to well-known songs like “Friends In Low Places” and “Never Gonna Give You Up”. This unique production features a curated catalog of 35 songs spanning from 1867 to 2024.
