If within twenty-four (24) hours of completing an online purchase of Tickets on the Cirque Website you find the same Tickets for a lower price on any Cirque du Soleil authorized reseller* website (the “Reseller Website”), we will refund the difference between the price paid on the Cirque Website and the lower price on the Reseller Website.
This Cirque du Soleil Las Vegas resident show best price guarantee (the “Best Price Guarantee”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Best Price Guarantee applies only:
- to Tickets for Cirque du Soleil’s Las Vegas resident shows purchased online on the Cirque Website;
- If you are located in the United States and paid with a credit card from a US based financial institution;
- to Tickets that are still available to the general public on a Reseller Website at the prices advertised by such reseller and for the same event date, time and ticket category; and
- if the all-inclusive price on the Reseller Website (i.e. inclusive of any applicable taxes, service charges, order processing charges or similar fees) is lower than the all-inclusive price on the Cirque Website, in USD currency.
- Cirque du Soleil’s customer service agent must independently verify and confirm the lower Ticket price on the Reseller Website. Screenshots, email offers or other purported evidence of a lower Ticket price that cannot be independently verified cannot be accepted.
The Best Price Guarantee is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Nevertheless, the terms in effect at the time of booking on Cirque Website will be the terms applicable to you.
How to submit a request for this Best Price Guarantee:
- Book your Tickets from the Cirque Website;
- Take note of the complete Web address (URL) of the Reseller Website where you found the lower price for the same Tickets (the “URL”);
- Submit a request within twenty-four (24) hours of booking your Tickets from the Cirque Website by calling 702-352-0040 and provide the customer service agent with: (i) your purchase confirmation number; and (ii) the URL. The customer service agent will verify the lower price for the matching Tickets;
- If your request is approved, we will refund the difference between the price paid on the Cirque Website and the lower all-inclusive price on the Reseller Website within 14 days. Please note that there may be a delay before the refund appears on your credit card statement.
* An authorized reseller is a business partner that has entered into a contractual relationship with Cirque du Soleil and is authorized by Cirque du Soleil to sell Tickets.
